What if an item is defective or is not what I ordered?

  • In the rare case that your shipment contains a defective item or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, we will ship you a replacement at no charge and send you a return shipping label. If you don’t wish to receive a replacement item, we will gladly refund your money using the original payment method. Please include all original packaging and attach a brief note explaining the defect, or indicate on your receipt the item shipped in error.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed, verified, and shipped within 2-4 business days or sooner.
Express orders are processed within 1 business day.
We are not responsible for orders lost in the mail, incorrectly supplied addresses, or unclaimed/refused packages. You can track your package using the supplied tracking number.
*Please Note: The time it takes to receive items includes Processing + Shipping Transit time. For example, choosing a Next Day shipping does not guarantee you will receive it the day after you place your order.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

HOW LONG WILL MY SHIPMENT TAKE? 

US Orders:

  • UK Mainlands Standard Delivery (2-5 business days)
  • UK Mainlands Next Day Delivery (Guaranteed in 2 business days, 1 business day in most cases)
  • Scottish Highlands & Offshore Islands (3-5 business days).

EU International Orders:

  • Standard Delivery (5-7 business days)

WILL I BE CHARGED A CUSTOMS FEE?

  • Customs duty is a tariff or tax on the importation of goods. Commercial goods not yet cleared through customs are held in a customs area, often called a bonded store, until processed. All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Customs is an authority or agency in a country responsible for collecting and safeguarding customs duties and for controlling the flow of goods including animals, transports, personal effects and hazardous items in and out of a country.
  • As far as customs charges, we DO NOT have any control over them, nor know what the charges will be if any. The customs fees are based on your government regulations.

If your package is being held by customs, that means you need to pay the customs fees in order to retrieve your package. If you don’t, the package will be returned to us.
